BE A VENDOR

Eli Lu Entertainment in association with S-Type Productions, with Mill Creek Community Partnership, presents “Broken Tables” spoken word stage play.

The Broken Tables spoken word stage play will take place on Sunday, February 24th, 2019 at the University of Penn International House in the Ibrahim Theater, located at 3701 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19104 Philadelphia, PA. There will be two shows in one day. Prior to each show, there will be an art exhibition/silent auction, vendors and guest engagement activities.

The production team is looking for local businesses/organizations to advertise their brand to approximately 720 attendees. All interested vendors must submit a “Vendor Registration Form” to be considered. Forms are due no later than February 4th, 2019. However, slots are limited and are first come first served. The production team will review each request to determine if the vendor is fitting for our event. Vendors will be notified via email if their request has been confirmed or denied. In the event that a vendor aborts their participation, other vendors on the list will be contacted for replacement.

BE APART OF OUR ART EXHIBIT (SILENT AUCTION)

We are looking for artists to add to the experience of our “Broken Tables” spoken word stage play by donating artwork to our silent auction and art exhibit. All of the proceeds will go to The Mill Creek Community Partnership Non-profit organization 501(c)(3). Artists will have the opportunity to present their artwork to 360 attendees (per show) by participating in our art exhibit prior to the beginning of the show. There are two shows that artists can participate in, however, artists must complete a separate form for every piece submitted. In other words, there will be two art exhibits and silent auctions: one for each show. We are seeking artists in the Philadelphia Tri-State area who will be able to participate on February 24, 2019.

Prompt: Submit an art piece of what family means to you. (Examples: family dinner, family tree, family reunion, family portrait, etc.)

BE A SPONSOR

“Broken Tables” is a thought-provoking poetic stage play, enriched with historical gems that empower, uplifts, and evoke change. By highlighting the importance of binding families together, we hope to minimize the correlation between broken families and poverty, social issues, psychiatric illnesses, insufficient communication, and negative child development.
